Join us for 8 days and 7 nights of fitness, fun and relaxation in beautiful Bali. We’ve put together the ultimate functional fitness retreat, with unique training sessions at Canggu’s best boxes and bootcamps. Enjoy downtime and cultural experiences, and a luxurious villa for your group of six to eight.
During your fitness retreat you will enjoy:

Day 1: Arrival
You will be met upon arrival at Bali International Airport by your retreat host and transferred to VillaRa Canggu by private car.
A welcome dinner will be held at Dandelion Canggu. Entre, main and dessert is included; drinks can be purchased at an additional cost. While experiencing the taste of Bali and Indonesian cuisine, the staff also gives you an insight into their culture through traditional dance performances.
Day 2: Nirvana Strength
Wake up to a nutritious breakfast, with a selection of fresh fruit, muesli, nuts, seeds, yoghurt, toast, spreads, tea and coffee.
You’ll be transferred to a private Nirvana Strength class where your group can choose between the range of program choices.
Post class, relax and make the most of your recovery with access to Nirvana’s pool, ice baths and sauna.
After a leisurely lunch at one of Canggu’s organic cafes (own expense), we’ll whisk you down to the beach and take you on a two hour one-on-one surf lesson. Spend the evening at leisure wandering around the cafe and night market scene in Canggu.

Nirvana Strength Program Choices
Your group can choose from two of the following Nirvana Strength programs:
Essentials will develop the basic, foundational movements through increasing strong body awareness and encouraging athletes to focus on each joint & muscle during all exercises.
Shoulder Prep will develop the upper body that is essential for a well-rounded strong mobile body by building full 360º strength and mobility.
Hip Prep will be a challenging experience that relies heavily on body weight as resistance through a variety of hip circuits and mobility drills, using small and controlled movements with high reps.
Legs will be dedicated to the lower half, focusing on hip mobility, knee series and ankle mobility & strength, giving you a full training session that will build a greater lower body.
Drive will boost your heart rate and prepare you for greater results by increasing the overall effectiveness of all abilities in strength training and benefits of long lasting health.
Flexibility focuses on deep, controlled stretching of your muscles, ligaments and joints; as we work up to a specific mobility element: Front Splits, Middle Splits (pancake) and Thoracic Bridge (wheel).
Movement will have you feeling more agile and youthful than ever before by increasing your mobility to perform at a level you thought once lost.
Day 3: Cycling through Rice Paddies
The day will begin with a drive up to Jatiluwih in Tabanan Region. Jatiluwih is a UNESCO Heritage Rice Paddy with beautiful rice terraces unfolding from the foot of Mt. Watukaru all the way to the coast.
Before the cycling tour begins, enjoy breakfast at a restaurant with views of the rice terraces. Then set off from the plateau of Mt. Watukaru, cycling through the middle of rice paddies with stunning views.
Feel free to stop at any point anywhere and anytime to enjoy all the interesting things you may find along the tour. Take some photos, keep an eye out for ceremonies, and interact with local villagers.
Your tour guides will be pleased to help you with anything you want to know along the way. You will get the opportunity to visit village temples and traditional Balinese house compounds as well as local schools.
At the half-way point, young coconut juice, tropical fruit and Balinese cake will be served at a rest area for a well deserved break. Then you will continue the trip on a village road to the finish point and a traditional Indonesian lunch will be served. After lunch, your driver will return you to your villa for an evening at leisure.
Tour includes: Private van transfers, entrance fees, breakfast, mineral water, young coconut juice, tropical fruit, Balinese cake and lunch.
Day 4 AM: Empire Fit Club
Start the day with breakfast at your villa, with a selection of fresh fruit, muesli, nuts, seeds, yoghurt, toast, spreads, tea and coffee.
After breakfast we’ll whisk you away to your private bootcamp session at Empire Fit Club where you’ll be put to the test with a unique mix of circuit training, obstacle challenges and military style basic training.
After your session we’ll return you to your villa to relax and recover before your WOD at Crossfit Wanderlust.

Day 4 PM: Crossfit Wanderlust
Get ready for your WOD at the largest and most equipped CrossFit gym in Bali.
Join a group class led by CrossFit Wanderlust’s highly trained CrossFit Cert Coaches. The CrossFit Wanderlust programming is meant to be scaled and suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Anybody that has a body can be an athlete at CrossFit Wanderlust.
After your session we’ll return you to your villa, leaving you with the end of they day to wander the local cafe scene, watch the surfers at the beach or enjoy a soothing massage.
Day 5: Temples & Waterfalls
After breakfast at your villa, your tour guide will arrive to take you on a journey through rural Bali to Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple. Here you will experience a purification ritual under the 30 waterspouts that feed the holy pools. There will be time to wonder around the temple, exploring the various courtyards, Hindu shrines and koi pools.
Next you will travel to Tegalalang Rice Terraces for lunch then on to Camphuhan Ridge Walk. Have your camera ready – both locations are Instagram worthy!
Heading back to Canggu you will stop by Tegenugan Waterfall for an afternoon swim.
Tour includes: Private transfers, dedicated tour guide and entrance fees. Lunch and optional extra activities are at your own cost.
Day 6 AM: 2befit Beach WOD
After your nutritious breakfast at your villa, take a stroll down to Batu Bolong beach. The team at 2Befit Bali will be waiting for you for the ultimate beach WOD.
After your intense workout enjoy a fresh coconut on the beach watching the surfers.
Stroll back to your luxury villa and take the rest of the day at leisure, or book an extra optional activity such as jewellery making, a quad bike beach tour or a home wares shopping tour.
“2Befit Bali boot camps are group outdoor fitness workouts, conducted by experienced and qualified trainers. Our beach boot camps are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
With a balanced mix of cardio, strength and interval training, our trainers will put you through a tough, sandy workout using sacks filled with sand, battle ropes, tyres, and your own bodyweight.”
Day 6 PM: udara ariel yoga
At Udara Bali their team will help you to practice yoga with the support of a hammock which allows you to experience a floating feeling of weightlessness. The weight of your body is partially or fully supported by the fabric, taking pressure off your spine and joints.
Aerial Yoga helps to increase your flexibility, develop strength and increase your breathing capacity.
After your session we will return you to your villa.Make the most of your evening exploring Canggu’s incredible restaurant scene.
Day 7: Fortitude Bali
Wake up to your daily in-house breakfast, then take a private car transfer to Fortitude Bali for your dose of CrossFit, Bali style!
After your session wander over to Seminyak’s renowned KYND Cafe for lunch (own expense). We’ll then transfer you by private car back to your villa at CangguFit.
Take the end of the afternoon off to relax and enjoy the pool before we whisk you off to your farewell dinner at Ji Terrace by the Sea.

Housed in a reconstructed 311-year-old temple with a terrace overlooking Batu Bolong Beach, Ji Terrace by the Sea serves the best Japanese contemporary cuisine and Asian inspired cocktails on the island.
Starter, main course and dessert is included; drinks can be purchased at an additional cost.
Fancy an after party to end your week away? Head over to The Lawn for cocktails and dancing until the early hours (at your own cost). You can lie in tomorrow!
Day 8: fArewell
Wake up to a relaxed breakfast and enjoy your favourite spots in Canggu up until it is time to leave for your flight home, or your next destination.
You will be transferred to Bali International Airport by private car, leaving 4 hours prior to your scheduled flight time to allow for traffic, security screening and check-in.
There will be a surcharge for single passenger transfers (guests who are departing on a different flight/time). If you are not departing Bali today/tonight we can arrange transfers to your next destination.
